Cast-In-Place

Stencils

Stencils are made of thick, tear-resistant paper covered with a water resistant coating. The stencil patterns consist of only the “mortar joint,” with the “brick or “stones” cut out. Stencils for concrete come in a wide variety of popular patterns ranging from running bond brick to stone, slate and tiles.

Color Hardener

Release Agents

Release agent is a factory-formulated dry combination of surface conditioning and dispersing agents interground with coloring pigments that facilitates release of texture rollers and mats. Release agent is available in up to 6 colors. Liquid release agent is a clear, evaporating formulation that facilitates release of texture rollers and mats where no additional accent color is required.

Texture Tools

The interchangeable sleeves come in two sizes, 22-1/2 inches and 6 inches, and allow contractors to offer additional textures for minimal additional cost. The frame handle protrudes from only one end allowing the application of texture against walls.

Resurfacing

Resurfacing concrete with polymer-modified overlay systems is a viable way to improve existing concrete surfaces. As concrete ages, it deteriorates, resulting in discolored, stained, cracked, chipped, weakened and porous concrete surfaces. Weather, wear, moisture, freeze/thaw, and earth movement are contributing factors of gradual surface deterioration.

Deck Coat

This concrete overlay system provides a one color non slip surface which makes it an excellent choice around pool decks. Some people refer to this as "cool deck", or "kool deck", which is based on the principle that your feet touch less surface area because of the texture.

Acid Stain

Staining concrete is one of the most popular applications for transforming concrete slabs. Often referred to as colored concrete, homeowners, designers and builders are drawn to stained concrete because of the unique outcome that can be achieved combining colors and application techniques.

Specialty

EIFS/Stucco or Precast Templates are designed for use on both commercial and residential vertical wall applications. When used in combination with an EIFS/Stucco wall finish systems or Precast and Tilt-Up concrete, creates a unique finish that simulates the look and feel of masonry materials.

EIFS/Stucco

EIFS can be highly detailed and is crack resistant. These systems are now available with modifications that allow them to drain in case water penetrates the system. It consists of foam sheathing covered by a highly modified basecoat with fiberglass mesh and an acrylic finish coat.

Precast

A new and innovated way to achieve a masonry finish for a fraction of the cost of real brick, stone, Snap-Brick or Thin-Brick veneers. Save time and money on labor, materials and shipping. The installation of Artcrete’s poly-coated paper stencils in combination with a wide selection of Faux Brick Color Hardeners and Texture Tools creates a finish surface with the charm and aesthetics of masonry. The stencils can also be used in an EIFS/Stucco application on precast panels.
